Our specialist area is the design and manufacture of plastic injection moulds

1. High quality tool steel moulds for mass production
2. Rapid prototype moulds in Aluminium for short production runs

We do have some capacity in our tool room for general CNC work, especially automotive and motor sport related and can produce accurate and superbly finished parts in low to medium volumes.

We can also provide CAD/CAM design services and machine bespoke one off parts.

We can mill, turn or erode all types of metal to an accuracy of within 10 microns.

Both milling and turning can be undertaken from drawings or CAD files.
