If you have a short run milling job that needs some care and attention call us and we will try to help.

We have a Jomars JM32NZ 3 axis Spark Eroder, by milling a suitable copper electrode we can cut most shapes into a steel or aluminium block. Excellent for sub surface moulding gates or even broken bolt/stud removal in a critical part.

We design and make professional tool steel plastic injection moulds. We also specialise in rapid base aluminium moulds for short production runs. We can also cut aluminium 3D profiles for silicon or polyurethane moulding. If you need any type of mould making please give us a call.

We can repair and service existing plastic injection moulds big or small, whether it is a seized ejection pin or damage to a moulding profile we can fix it! Maybe you just have the core and cavity plates and need them adapting to fit a modern plastic injection moulding machine, we will be able to offer you a solution.
