35mm diameter flat top washers with a strengthened underside, tiny but extremely strong.

Uses:

Secure and retain medium density panels or boards, especially where over boarding is required.

Re-secure loose mortars, boards or plaster to lats or walls

  • 35mm diameter, 1mm thick top with a strengthened underside.

  • Creates a strong and discreet flush fit when used to fasten all types of medium density insulation panels like Expanded Polystyrene Sheets (EPS), Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) and all types of soft to medium foam boards such as Ocelot, Marmot, Wingspan, Stylise and Ectotherm. Perfect if you want to overboard.

  • Colour: Mid Grey.

  • Material:  Engineering grade Nylon 6.

  • Designed for use with 3.5mm or 4.2mm bugle head dry wall screws

Note: When using these washers to re-attach loose plaster or mortars, fasten the wider area back first with larger batons before adding the washers, when you have enough washers evenly in place you can remove the batons. We would also recommend you drill some holes through the plaster or mortar afterwards and secure it permanently with glue or filler foam.
